Where do you ship? We ship throughout the European Union. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long does shipping take? Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery within Germany usually takes 2-4 business days. Shipping to other EU countries may take 5-7 business days.
Do you offer international shipping outside the EU? Not at this time, but we're working on expanding our shipping options.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? For online purchases, you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us at hello@ikones-interior.com before returning any items.
Can I return items purchased in your Berlin store? Items purchased in our physical store are sold as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Who pays for return shipping? Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Are all items vintage? Yes, all our pieces are carefully curated vintage items. Each piece is unique and has its own history.
What condition are the items in? Each vintage piece is carefully selected for its quality and character. Minor signs of age such as patina, small marks, or wear are part of what makes these pieces unique and are always documented in the product description under "Quirks and Imperfections."
Can I see items in person before buying? Absolutely. You're welcome to visit our store in Berlin at Lenaustraße 23.
