The store
Since April 2025, Ikones has welcomed visitors to its physical store in Berlin - a place created to inspire and connect. Beyond the objects themselves, the store is a meeting place for those who appreciate thoughtful design and well-made objects.
Located in Kreuzkölln, a vibrant and creative neighbourhood, the store's walls retain traces of its former life - once a butscher's shop - with original tiles that give the room its distinctive presence.
Whether you're browsing at your own pace or seeking guidance, the atmosphere is one of openness and curiosity.
The collection
Lighting, ceramics and a selected range of furniture from the second half of the 20th century. Classic design sits alongside anonymous handmade objects - serious pieces and playful ones, refined forms and expressive gestures.
The founder
Founded by Heidi Nesset, Ikones reflects her background rooted in Sweden and Cyprus. With experience across art direction, interior styling, graphic design and retail, her work moves between Nordic restraint and Mediterranean expression - a balance that subtly shapes the curation, from object to atmosphere.
Each object is selected for its material quality, visual weight and spatial impact.
Projects
In addition to offering our selection of vintage pieces, we also provide creative guidance, interior consulting and styling. Working with both vintage and contemporary objects, we help shape spaces with character, balance and individuality. Form, presence, identity and atmosphere are central to every interior we shape.
