Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at hello@ikones-interior.com. You may use the withdrawal form template provided by EU law, but it is not obligatory.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you) acquires physical possession of the goods.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us at hello@ikones-interior.com before sending any items back. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@ikones-interior.com so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges
Since our products are unique vintage pieces, we cannot guarantee availability for exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it following the process above and place a new order separately.

In-Store Purchases
Please note that items purchased in our physical store in Berlin are sold as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
