Delivery and Shipping Conditions, Availability

1. Retention of Title
All delivered products remain the property of Ikones until full payment has been made.

2. Shipping and Payment
Shipping of goods takes place immediately after the full purchase price, including any applicable shipping costs, has been received, unless otherwise agreed for the respective item. Please note that some products are too fragile to be shipped and are therefore only available for pickup at the store in Lenaustrasse 23, 12047 Berlin. In such cases, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

3. Shipping Method and Delivery Address
Goods are shipped exclusively through insured shipping with DHL to the delivery address provided by the customer. Shipping can be arranged within EU and Switzerland, but deliveries outside Germany require prior agreement with Ikones. The shipping address specified during the checkout process is decisive for transaction processing.

4. Delivery Times
Ikones ships goods within the delivery period stated during the order process and in the order confirmation. Standard shipping within Germany takes 3-5 days, while deliveries within the EU may take up to 15 days. For fragile items, available for local delivery or pickup, specific arrangements will be made.

5. Failed Deliveries
If the shipping company returns the goods to Ikones because they could not be delivered to the customer, the customer is responsible for the costs of the unsuccessful delivery. This does not apply if the customer exercises their right of withdrawal by refusing delivery, if they are not responsible for the inability to receive the goods, or if they were temporarily unable to accept the service offered, provided Ikones had not informed them of the delivery in a reasonable time.

6. Availability of Goods
If the ordered goods are temporarily unavailable, Ikones will inform the customer of the new estimated delivery time. If the new delivery time is unacceptable to the customer, they have the right to withdraw from the contract. If the goods are permanently unavailable, Ikones will notify the customer immediately. In such cases, both parties are entitled to withdraw from the contract, and any payments made will be refunded promptly.

7. Transfer of Risk
For business customers, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods transfers to them or an authorized recipient upon delivery, or upon handing over the goods to the shipping company. For consumers, the risk transfers upon receipt of the goods, even in the case of shipping purchases. The risk is also transferred if the customer is in default of acceptance.

8. Material Defects and Damage During Transport
If delivered items show obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please immediately notify us or the transport service provider’s employee who delivered the items. Failure to notify us, however, does not affect your statutory rights.
